Support Engineer

As a support engineer you are responsible for the technical 1st and 2nd level support of our customers and partners in English and German.
-
Your tasks include monitoring, troubleshooting and the elimination of problems as well as the analysis of technical problems and the identification of efficient solutions

You maintain and create documentation and team-internal knowledge databases
-
In addition, you advise and support users in the use of the applications
-
You implement updates, hotfixes and new releases and take over the corresponding coordination
-
You pass on customer feedback to the product management to improve the products and processes and also contribute your own ideas
What we expect from you
-
You have an education in the IT field or have gained several years of experience in a similar environment
-
First experience in software product support and with Java are advantageous
-
English and German are no problem for you
-
You like to solve a complicated problem and you never run out of ideas

You have a self-dependent way of working and enjoy the work, consisting of ongoing support and projects

Your experience in analyzing problems in cooperation with different teams as well as in the development and implementation of solution concepts distinguish you from others

Your skills in dealing with people, your communication skills as well as your enjoyment of working in a team round off your qualifications
